About the design and construction: Pastor Andy Lambert came up with the idea for Memory Cross while searching for a effective way to help children learn Scripture. Tracts for children and Bible story cards were quickly added and today millions of these cards have been printed. They have been used with children in the United States and taken on mission trips around the world. After experimenting with various designs and paper we found that 10 point board (playing card stock) works best for tracts. It is durable enough to be folded hundreds of times.
